One Video, Three Projects

Today I'm sharing the three projects I created for the GIFT CARD HOLDER | 3×3 NOTE CARD | POCKET LETTER CARD SWAP hosted by Tmika over at scrapdaworld. I'm always super excited when I am lucky enough to make it into one of Tmika's swaps! They are so much fun!

You can see all the swap details on Tmika's blog. Basically, I had to create the following:

My Embellishment Box Swap

Today I'm sharing an embellishment box that I put together for a swap hosted by Toni from Craftpurge. I love swaps, they're so much fun! Its' like Christmas plus I get to meet some pretty amazing and talented people!

The inside of the box is jam-packed with a little bit of everything so my swap partners are ready for their next projects. I used stuff I had in my stash. Most of it was no longer in the original packaging so I don't have a supply list to share. To A Wild Rose

End of school year activities and parties and field trips (x 4), oh my! There is nothing like the whirlwind of the end of the school year to throw me right into a creative slump! I know there are mothers out there who do end of school year like a boss. I am not one of them! I am a wela (grandma) who is at least twice their age with at most half their energy! Nevertheless, I bow down to you, super mom! You rock!

Fast-forward a bit, the boys are on summer break and the dust is settling from all the end of school year frenzy. The lazy days of summer are creeping in and my creativity is still nowhere to be found! I was determined to find it so I grabbed and tossed a multitude of products on to my craft table and played! No rhyme or reason, just played! I did this for a few days. What was the result? Nothing that I'll post here, LOL! But I persevered and kept pushing. Finally, I could see a glimpse of my creativity and even managed to create a project! My creativity is still a little foggy but there is, definitely, hope!

For today's project, I use a gorgeous potpourri of product. First, I use the Stitched Lace Dies to create a gorgeous soft lace background. Then I use the Butterfly Gala Stamp Set along with the coordinating Butterfly Duet Punch to create a beautiful tiny butterfly. And, finally, I use the To A Wild Rose Bundle to create the simply stunning roses. I love how it turned out!

Stampin’ Up! is transitioning to a new manufacturer for their dies and embossing folders! One of the significant factors in this decision is that instead of working with a supplier who works with a manufacturer, Stampin' Up! will work directly with the manufacturer. This means that they will work directly with the factories who manufacture their dies and embossing folders instead of working with another company who then works with different factories. This gives them greater control and potential in the manufacturing process. This is a great move and I'm so excited about it! Let's take a look at how this transition will unfold: Through June 3, 2019 Die and Folder Supply: While Supplies Last and Interruptions Inventory on some retiring dies may be depleted before the end of the 2019 occasions and 2018–2019 annual catalog sales period; Stampin’ Up! will not replenish inventory on any retiring dies and folders that sell out. Inventory on some dies and folders carrying over into the 2019–2020 catalog may be depleted; if this happens, they may go on backorder or may not be available to order until they have replenished the inventory. April 15–June 3, 2019 Retiring List Our old style die-cutting embossing machine will be on the retiring list while supplies last. This also includes related products such as plates and platforms. Dies and embossing folders included on the retiring list will not be offered in the new catalog in any format. Stampin' Up! First Frost

For today's project, I am featuring the First Frost Stamp Set along with the coordinating Frosted Bouquet Framelits Dies. This set made it's first appearance in the last Holiday Catalog. I was late to the party and didn't even have a chance to shop from the Holiday Catalog so imagine my excitement when I learned this absolutely gorgeous set was carried over and still available!

Stampin' Up! Treat Box with Stitched Labels

For today's project, I am featuring the Stitched Labels Framelits Dies from the Annual Catalog. This die set is a must-have for your craft room. You know, the kind that you reach for over and over again! Trust me, it's true, you will! The set includes 10 dies that will help you create beautifully stitched labels that you can add to all your projects! You can purchase the die set individually or with the Stitched All Around Bundle. Stampin' Up! Tea Together

For today's project, I used the Tea Together Cling Stamp Set from the Occasions Catalog. This stamp set is absolutely gorgeous! It brings to mind the fancy tea parties of a time long, long ago! I couldn't wait to get my hands on it! This was, by far, my number one choice for my first project since returning to Stampin' Up! Along with the stamp set, I used the Tea Time Framelits Dies. These dies coordinate beautifully with the stamp set and, even better, you can earn the dies for FREE with a qualifying order during Sale-A-Bration!
