Lift Me Up - Occasions Catalog Sneak Peek

To say that it's been crazy around here is definitely an understatement. It has, actually, been super-duper crazy! Let's see, there have been sick boys, make up school work for the sick boys, four school Christmas parties, two family Christmas parties, and year-end deadlines at work. And, oh yeah, let's not forget that I was sick, also. But, even with all of that, December wasn't all bad! I was able to celebrate Christmas with family and friends. And, there really is nothing that puts life into perspective quite like celebrating the miraculous gift of Jesus. Christmas time is truly the most wonderful time of the year!

So, before tonight, I haven't had a chance to play with any of the amazing new product from the upcoming Occasions Catalog that has been sitting in a couple boxes in my craft room for almost a month now! I am so happy that, tonight, I was able to get in some quality crafting time.

Vintage & Shabby Chic Christmas

Hey there! You probably noticed that things look a little different around here! Well, they do! Over the last couple of weeks, I have been working hard at redesigning my blog. You see, I'm coming up on my 1-year anniversary with Stampin' Up! Wow! I can't believe it's been almost a year! Time really does fly when you're having fun and doing what you love! Anyway, as I was reflecting over the past year, I realized that [although gorgeous and near and dear to my heart] the box that was prominent in my blog's previous design did not represent Stampin' Up! In fact, no Stampin' Up! products were used in the making of said box. :-) So it was time for a change! I hope you love the new design as much as I do!

And, I'm super excited to finally be back in my craft room and, today, I want to share a tutorial for how I created this gorgeous vintage Christmas card! Yes, I know it's not even Halloween but did you notice that Christmas is only 64 days away! That's just over 2 months.
