I work at a church and receive prayer requests from those seeking comfort and healing. Sometimes a prayer request is made because someone is facing the loss of a loved one. While sympathy cards are never a favorite to make, they are probably the most appreciated. A handmade sympathy card along with a hand-written prayer offer comfort and peace.
