Quick Update and Exciting News

Life was quite different for me almost a year ago when I made the very hard decision to leave Stampin' Up! In an effort to be a little more transparent, I would like to share that the reason for leaving was due to circumstances surrounding my husband's health, specifically his heart. It was a scary time. A time that required me to hang on tightly to my faith and to, also, step away from certain things in order to focus on my family.

It's been a long road but I am happy to say that my husband is doing well today. Yes, he has good days and he has bad days but, with the help of some great doctors, he is managing his condition. Praise God! And, as always, we welcome and appreciate any and all prayers!

Moving on... shortly after leaving Stampin' Up! I sold almost all of my precious Stampin' Up! inventory. Not because I wanted to but because we had medical expenses that were not covered entirely by insurance and it became necessary to sell some things. It was both an easy and hard choice to make, but it was the right choice!

And now for some wonderfully exciting news (for me at least)! As I feel my world settling down and bearing some sense of normalcy, I  have decided to come back to Stampin' Up! You have no idea how happy this makes me! I want to thank all of you who have stuck with me this past year! This community is a huge part of why I love Stampin' Up! so much! Thank you!

I am starting from scratch because, as I already mentioned, I sold almost all my Stampin' Up! inventory but I am excited about rebuilding my inventory while, at the same time, bringing you brand new tutorials using some of the most amazing product in the industry! I hope that you will continue to join me on my journey!

It is such a blessing to share my love of crafting with you and to inspire you to transform paper into little works of art.

Now... where is that starter kit? Lol!

First of all, so very happy for your husband's improvements health wise. You had your priorities right and sometimes, we just have to do what we have to do at the time, but so thrilled that you're able to re-join SU. Talk about a fantastic time to re-join too! I'm on my way out, but for so many "other reasons" ... but it's necessary and I'm just determined not to cry about it! Blessings and thanks ... looking forward to seeing more of your wonderful creations!

So glad your husband is doing better. My husband also has heart issues so I know a little of what you have been going through and feeling. I’m also glad you are returning to Stampin Up. I just recently found you on YouTube and have been enjoying your old videos with older SU products I still have. I haven’t bought many SU products lately as I branched off to other companies. But I look forward to your new videos and maybe I’ll get back into buying the new SU products. Best of luck to you!

Sorry to hear about your husband’s heart problems. My mom suffered a cardiac arrest almost two years ago, she actually died, no heart rhythm but with Gods grace, He kept her here with us! She is doing so much better now! So very happy to hear your husband is doing well also!! Prayer for you both! Congrats on being back with SU! Have fun ordering new supplies...can’t wait to see what you create!

Thank you so much, Cheryl. I pray that your husband (and you) are doing well. I also love to play products from other companies but I really, really love the sense of community that comes with Stampin' Up! I'm so happy that you found me on YouTube.
